Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tourance.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns received without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please get in touch with us.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get the product you desire is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. The same return conditions apply: your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
